"Really nice mix of concerts"
I’ve been really enjoying the concerts here. The repertoire is always interesting, and I like that it doesn’t feel like the same handful of pieces every time. I also notice little things, like how the program order flows or when they tuck in a piece I haven’t heard before, and that makes it feel thoughtfully put together.

"Beautiful venue, but the sound wasn’t as good as I hoped"
I went to a concert here recently, and overall it was a decent experience. The hall itself is really nice to look at, and the staff were perfectly fine. I’ve been to a few concerts in similar venues before, so maybe I came in with higher expectations, but the sound from where I was sitting felt a bit uneven. Some moments came through really clear, while other times the strings seemed to disappear a little and the brass felt too strong. It could just depend on the seat, but for the price, I was expecting the acoustics to be better. Not a bad night, just not quite what I was hoping for.

"I went to Symphony Hall for a night..."
I went to Symphony Hall for a night out the place has such a nice feel to it. The warm lighting, old wood, and cozy atmosphere make it feel special without being over the top. It felt calm and a little fancy before the music even started. Tickets aren’t exactly cheap, so I’d probably save it for a special occasion, but I really enjoyed the experience and was happy to be there

"I went to a concert with my dad..."
I went to a concert with my dad, who uses a walker, and overall it was fine. The accessible entrance wasn’t too hard to find once we got pointed in the right direction, and the staff we talked to were friendly. The weird part is, we still had to ask around a bit even though it feels like that kind of thing should be super obvious when you arrive.
The seats were okay, not terrible but not especially great either, and the restroom situation got a little awkward with the line and spacing. I also wish the website had clearer details about accessibility ahead of time, because that would’ve saved us some guessing. Not a bad experience, just felt a little uneven

Getting the tickets was okay overall, but the checkout part threw me off a bit. I wasn’t totally sure what step I was on, and then... yeah, it just felt a little confusing.

"I went to the BSO last night and..."
I went to the BSO last night and had such a great time. From the moment the music started, it sounded amazing, and by the end of the evening I was already thinking I’d love to go again. Definitely a memorable night out.

"Saved me from ticket stress"
I had a little issue with my tickets on Boston Symphony Orchestra, my snap judgment was, “Great, this is going to turn into a whole thing.” I wasn’t sure it would get fixed before the concert, so I was already getting a bit nervous.
I emailed customer service, and they actually got back to me quickly, same day. The person who helped me was friendly and explained what I needed to do in a way that didn’t make it more confusing.
Everything got sorted before the show, which was a huge relief. Painless experience in the end, and I’d feel fine using the site again.

"Pretty decent staff overall!!"
The staff were professional and handled everything fine, but they felt a little distant at times!! Overall, not a bad experience, just not super warm or personal.

"Drinks were okay, but pricey pricey"
The snacks were fine overall, nothing bad there, but the drinks felt way too expensive for what they were. Like, pricey pricey. The lines also moved slow, so it wasn’t the best experience

"Getting there was easier than I expected"
I went to a concert at Symphony Hall i was relieved by how simple it was for me to get there. I took the T and only had a short walk after, which made the whole night feel way less stressful. Some of my friends drove and parked nearby, and they said it wasn’t bad either. I had expected more hassle, so I was happy it didn’t turn into a whole ordeal.

I had a good experience booking through bso.org. The seat map was really useful because I could see what was available and choose the spot I wanted without overthinking it. The seats ended up being comfortable through the whole concert, and the view was nice too. Everything was simple and worked like it should, so I’d definitely use it again
